Niedawno natknąłem się na newsa o twórcy Neverhooda, który zebrał odpowiednią kwotę na stworzenie nowej gry Armikrog. To mnie zmotywowało do przypomnienia sobie trochę o grze z 1996 roku i oryginalnej ścieżki dźwiękowej.
Cały album ma nazwę Imaginarium: Songs from the Neverhood stworzony przez Terrego Scotta Taylora i składa się z dwóch płyt: Disc one (Neverhood) i Disc two (Skullmonkeys & BoomBots). Album został wydany w 2000 roku z 70 utworami (39 disc one i 31 disc two). W 2004 roku do albumu zostało dodanych 7 bonusowych tracków.
W soundtracku usłyszymy dźwięki gitary, instrumentów dętych blaszanych (trąbka, saksofon itp.) i nietypowego głosu Terrego Scotta Taylora. Jego styl "śpiewania" jest śmieszny, absurdalny, całkowicie pasujący do gry. Dzięki temu jego album zdobył wiele nagród, m. in. "Best Game Music of the Year" prestiżowego magazynu GMR.
